An advertisement consists of up to 140 characters of linked text on the NationalEclipse.com "2026 Total Solar Eclipse Lodging & Camping" page for $50 per month. Please read the following advertising agreement terms and conditions, enter your first and last name below, and then click the Submit button.

1. Advertising Parties. This advertising agreement is between NationalEclipse.com (the "Website") and the property owner or individual entered above who wishes to advertise a lodging or camping property on the Website's "2026 Total Solar Eclipse Lodging & Camping" page (the "Advertiser").

2. Advertising Format. The advertisement will be in the form of a classified-style text ad (up to 140 characters in length, including spaces) hyperlinked to a URL of the Advertiser's choice (or the Advertiser's email address if a webpage isn't available) and placed on the Website's "2026 Total Solar Eclipse Lodging & Camping" page (the "Advertisement"). The Advertisement will be listed under the country in which the Advertiser's property is located and in geographical order along the eclipse path.

3. Advertising Duration and Rate. The Advertiser agrees to advertise its property on the Website for the duration and at the rate entered above.

4. Payment. The Advertiser will make a payment equal to the rate entered above. The payment will be submitted with a credit card via Stripe.com (the "Payment Processor"). The Advertisement will be placed on the Website within three days of the Website's receipt of payment confirmation from the Payment Processor or receipt of acceptable Advertisement text (if the initial text entered above is not acceptable) from the Advertiser, whichever comes last. For monthly recurring advertising, the Advertiser's credit card will be charged each month at the current monthly rate. The Website may change the monthly rate at any time and will notify current advertisers about changes before changes are made. The Advertiser can cancel their monthly recurring advertising at any time by notifying the Website at [email protected].

5. Termination Date. For monthly recurring advertising, when the Advertiser notifies the Website that they wish to cancel their monthly recurring advertising, this agreement will terminate and the Advertisement will be removed from the Website no earlier than the final day of the current 30-day period during which the Advertisement has appeared on the Website (the "Monthly Recurring Termination Date"). For non-recurring advertising, this agreement will terminate and the Advertisement will be removed from the Website no earlier than the total number of days entered as the duration above after the Advertisement first appears on the website (the "Non-Recurring Termination Date"), unless the Advertiser submits a payment for a subsequent number of days before the Non-Recurring Termination Date. If the Advertiser submits a payment for a subsequent number of days, a new Non-Recurring Termination Date determined by the previous Non-Recurring Termination Date and the subsequent number of days will replace the previous Non-Recurring Termination Date.

6. Indemnification. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website against any liability caused by the Advertiser.

7. Limitation of Liability. The Website shall not be held responsible for any costs or damages arising in any way from the furnishing of these advertising services.

8. Agreement and Signature. The Advertiser will indicate their agreement with the terms and conditions of this advertising agreement by entering their first and last name below.
