Costs generally represent the least expensive entry fee for an individual adult for a single day. "Cost Unknown" indicates that an entrance fee wasn't noted at time of listing and could possibly mean an event is free. Unless otherwise indicated, it's assumed that events on October 14, 2023, include eclipse viewing. Events are listed under each state in their order along the eclipse path.

The list of events below is the most comprehensive list available online. Nevertheless, with less than one month before the October 14 annular eclipse, we're disappointed to see how few events have been scheduled and announced along the path of annularity. Although an annular solar eclipse is nowhere near as impressive as a total solar eclipse, we were anticipating that the October eclipse would result in much more advance planning by organizations and event venues along the path.
